Before First Use
- Wash thoroughly with mild detergent and warm water
- Dry the exterior and base carefully with kitchen paper
- Fill the pan halfway with water, add a small amount of vinegar and bring to the boil; continue heating for 2–5 minutes
- Allow the water to cool, then use it to gently polish the entire interior
- Rinse with warm water and dry completely before cooking
