Care Instructions
- Handcrafted nature may result in variations in colour, glaze depth, size and thickness.
- Perform medome (pre-seasoning with rice-water boiling) before first use to reduce staining.
- Before serving, soak briefly in clean water to minimise food absorption.
- Wash promptly after use and dry thoroughly before storing to prevent mould and odour.
- For stubborn stains or smells: soak in a mixture of 1L water, 4 tbsp bicarbonate of soda and 1 tbsp vinegar.
