Care Instructions

• Due to its handcrafted nature, variations in colour, glaze depth, size and thickness may occur.
• Before first use, perform medome (pre-seasoning with rice-water boiling) to reduce staining.
• Soak briefly in clean water before use to minimise absorption.
• Wash promptly after use and dry thoroughly before storing.
• For stubborn stains or odours: soak in a mixture of 1L water, 4 tbsp bicarbonate of soda and 1 tbsp vinegar.
